Cheers!

Our friends at Montrose Berry Farm create
award winning vinegars that are
brimming with fresh fruity goodness...

But, seeing as it’s the end of the working week,
we think it’s okay to be a teensy bit naughty

So we've concocted some cocktail recipes
using their fabulous fruit vinegar
to put fire in your belly this cold Winter’s eve!




BERRY FIZZ
30ml Cranberry Vodka
15ml Montrose Berry Farm Raspberry Vinegar
Squeeze of Lime Juice
Sparkling Apple Juice
Slice of Lime

Mix vodka, vinegar & lime juice in a margarita glass
Top up with sparkling apple juice
Garnish with fresh lime slice

If it's a little bit too intense for your tastebuds...
tone it down a touch by serving it in a highball glass
instead, with lots of ice!

PEAR FIZZ
30ml Limoncello {lemon liqueur}
15ml Montrose Berry Farm Pear Vinegar
Sparkling Apple Juice
Slice of Pear

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
Add limoncello & vinegar, stir
Top up with sparkling apple juice
Garnish with fresh pear slice

For an underage friendly alternative,
make them Mocktails by removing the alcohol component
{it will taste JUST as good, promise!}

Now, just close your eyes... pretend it’s Summer...
& enjoy your cocktails responsibly!
